Honestly, you have to give Apple credit where credit is due. They never stop coming up with the coolest little things. If ever a company deserved to be wealthy, it is this one. Too bad most of us can’t afford to buy anything anymore, but oh well. Fun to look at right?

Rap artist T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle have been arrested on drug charges in West Hollywood. The rapper is still on parole, and has done a number of television specials about how he is a “changed man.” After being released from prison earlier in the year, you would think that he would want to avoid being around that type of behavior. The substances he was caught with included marijuana, sizzurp and ecstasy. The Grammy winner has not released a statement on the subject, and it is not currently clear who was in possession of the drugs when they were found.

Officials have yet to file charges on the couple. It is assumed that this incident would constitute a violation of parole, and could potentially send T.I back to prison, although some experts have stated that they believe T.I may be asked to enter a rehab clinic.
Atlantic Records, T.I’s record label, said that they will not be commenting on the matter until the official investigation is complete. With an album on the way, it now appears that there is a chance that TI may not be free to see the release. His newest single “Hold Me Down,” has performed well on the Billboard charts and fans were excited to see what he had in store.

Upon release TI was asked to not commit another crime, be it federal, state or local. He is currently on supervised release and has to visit his parole officer regularly. Their next conversation will likely be an awkward one.

Eminem’s ”Recovery” will likely relinquish the No. 1 position (darn) on the Billboard 200 albums chart next week — after a total of seven weeks at the top of the list – to Katy Perry’s new “Teenage Dream.” Will we all say darn in two weeks?Released Tuesday (Aug. 24), industry experts think that Perry’s set will likely sell in the range of 170,000 to 200,000 by the end of the week.

Perry’s last album, 2008′s “One of the Boys,” debuted and peaked at No. 9 in July of that year with 47,000 sold in its premiere week according to Nielsen SoundScan. Its best sales frame came over Christmas week of 2008 when it shifted 63,000 — but at a lower rung on the tally. Uhm. Ok

Well we can now all rest in peace. I actually like American Idol. Last season was the worst and I was considering not watching it anymore. However, it is almost the only place where you can hear authentic new sounds these days. You are certainly not going to hear original off your child’s Disney Channel. Every child actor there has a sing a long album. I do mean sing a long. They are singing along to some other voice that is on key. Back to AI. I was on the fence of whether I was going to watch it again, but the Jenny on the Block thing settled it for me. No way was I going to listen to that. Give me someone with talent like Whitney Houston or Mariah Carry. Not Jennifer Lopez. She has so much attitude. I know what they were trying to do….. but come on now. Let’s pick it up a notch. No politics involved okay?
